- Motor Control Circuits
This is the core application field of the button. By virtue of its self-resetting and dual-contact characteristics, it realizes multiple control logics of motors:
- Jog Control
Scenarios: Fine-tuning of machine tool worktables, jog discharge of conveyor belts, precise positioning of crane hooks.
Logic: When the button is pressed, the normally open contact closes, the contactor coil is energized, and the motor runs; when the button is released, the contact resets and disconnects, and the motor stops immediately, avoiding continuous no-load operation of the equipment.
- Interlocked Start-stop Auxiliary Control
Scenarios: Emergency stop interlock of production line motors, pre-start prompt of equipment.
Logic: The normally closed contact can be connected in series in the emergency stop circuit to keep the circuit conducting under normal conditions; the normally open contact controls the start indicator light, which turns on to prompt that the equipment is about to run when pressed, and turns off when released, achieving both operation prompt and circuit protection.

Logic: When the button is pressed, the normally open contact conducts to light up the running light, and the normally closed contact disconnects to turn off the standby light; when released, it automatically resets to the initial state, suitable for short-time status prompt.
- Command Triggering of PLC Input Circuits
Scenarios: Manual signal input and program debugging trigger of automation systems.
Logic: The button contacts are connected to the digital input module of PLC. When pressed, it sends a level signal to PLC to trigger preset program actions (such as process jump and parameter reset).
