Application Range
JBC3 series AC contactors (hereinafter referred to as contactors) are suitable forAC 50HZ (60HZ), rated voltage to 660V, rated working current to 475A power line when rated voltage is 380V under AC-3, for long-distance contact and sectional circuit, for frequent start-up and disconnection of squirrel cage motor, and for appropriate heat. Overload relays form electromagnetic starters to protect possible overload circuits. JBC3 series reversible contactor is formed after adding mechanical interlocking mechanism, which can control the starting, stopping and reversing of motor.
This series of contactors conform to GB1408.4 and JB/T7435 standards. Its shape size and installation size are the same as those of3TB and 3TF series contactors produced by Siemens.
Normal working and installation conditions
• The ambient air humidity is-50C} +400C, and the average value in 24 hours is not more than+350C.
• Elevation: Installation site not exceeding 2000 m above sea level.
• Atmospheric conditions: the relative humidity of air is not more than 50% when it is +400C. Higher relative humidity can be allowed at lower temperature and humidity. For example, at 200C, the appropriate humidity can be up to 90%. Special measures should be taken for the occasional condensation caused by temperature changes.
• Pollution grade: The pollution grade of installation site is 3.
• Installation Category: Installation Category of Contactors is Class III.
• Installation conditions: The inclination between the installation surface and the vertical surface of the contactor is not more than 5 degrees.
• Installation Site: Installation and use in places without significant shaking, shock or vibration.

Connection terminal marking and installation
Material characteristics
·Pure copper coil: low heat generation, longer service life, and the pull-in voltage is between 85% and 110%.
·Silver alloy contacts: 4 sets of silver alloy contacts for greater load carrying capacity and greater electrical conductivity.
·32 pieces of silicon steel core, the suction is smoother, the heat dissipation is stronger, and the machine is not easy to heat for a long time.
