CPJ RAIL is a DIN rail mounted strain bridge signal conditioner. It receives weak mV/V signals from strain-based sensors (weighing, force, توتر, عزم الدوران) and outputs standard 4~20mA / 0~10V analog signals to PLC; CPJ2S RAIL is equipped with 2 relay threshold outputs for over-limit alarm and equipment interlock protection.

3. Total system error = transmitter error + sensor error + mechanical mounting error;

نصائح الاختيار

0.05% FS is high-end industrial strain gauge transmission performance, suitable for press-fit force, precise tank batching and tension monitoring.

For trade legal metrology weighing (OIML), CPJ RAIL is merely a transmitter module, cannot be used alone as a legal weighing instrument.
