1. Inaccurate output: Recalibrate ZERO/SPAN on front panel; check 250Ω matching resistor on input loop
2. Nessun segnale in uscita: Verify AC supply 85~264V; check tightness of M3 terminal screws
3. Signal drift: Check earthing; ensure input side ground is separated from PLC ground. The isolator is used to break common ground.
4. Excessive voltage drop under load: Connect the load to OUT1 channel (OUT1 has higher load capacity)

1. Mixed output (one current + one voltage): Place current signal on OUT1. OUT1 has higher load capacity (750Ω vs 350Ω of OUT2)
2. Coated versions C01 are recommended for high-humidity and chemical cabinet environments
3. Side-by-side dense DIN installation; no heat dissipation gap required, which is the key advantage of this series
