Receives millivolt-level weak bridge signals from strain gauge weighing / force sensors, performs amplification, filtering and linearization, then converts signals into standard analog outputs (4-20mA / 0-10V) for direct acquisition by PLC.

Shunt calibration is a key advantage, easy commissioning for industrial automated weighing & force measurement systems

CPJ RAIL is a DIN rail mounted strain bridge signal conditioner. It receives weak mV/V signals from strain-based sensors (weighing, force, tensione, coppia) and outputs standard 4~20mA / 0~10V analog signals to PLC; CPJ2S RAIL is equipped with 2 relay threshold outputs for over-limit alarm and equipment interlock protection.

2. Static batching for reactors, mixing tanks and hoppers: supporta fino a 4 pcs of 350Ω load cells in parallel, 6-wire configuration compensates temperature drift for automatic formula feeding control

3. Total system error = transmitter error + sensor error + mechanical mounting error;

Esempio: If load cell accuracy is 0.02% FS, combined system accuracy is approx. 0.07% FS.

Suggerimenti per la selezione

0.05% FS is high-end industrial strain gauge transmission performance, suitable for press-fit force, precise tank batching and tension monitoring.

For trade legal metrology weighing (OIML), CPJ RAIL is merely a transmitter module, cannot be used alone as a legal weighing instrument.
