- Basic Mounting Method
Snap-on mounting onto standard 35 Guida DIN da mm (TH35-7.5)
- Hook the upper latch on the bottom of the power supply onto the DIN rail;
- Press down the housing until an audible click confirms the lower lock engages with the rail;
- Removal: Use a flathead screwdriver to pry down the bottom latch, then lift upwards to detach.
> ❗ Direct wall mounting via screws is not supported; a DIN rail mounting bracket is required for wall installation.

- Route cables away from inverter and servo drive output cables to reduce electromagnetic interference
- Additional On-site Mounting Tips
- The DIN rail shall be reliably earthed; connect the PE terminal of the power supply to protective earth to improve EMC performance and safety
- For high-vibration sites (trasportatori, macchine utensili), install rail end stops to prevent sliding
- When multiple power supplies are paralleled, mount them on the same DIN rail and adopt equal-length wiring to minimise circulating current
- Common Improper Mounting Pitfalls
- Horizontal flat mounting → poor heat dissipation and overtemperature
- Insufficient vertical ventilation clearance → high-temperature derating and frequent faults
