Set the thermal relay knob to motor nameplate full-load current (フロリダ州), NOT the 40A 接触器 rating.

380V 18.5kW 3-phase motor: 定格電流 ≈ 32 A → set knob directly to 32 あ (フルスケール).

For fan-type motors, heavy starting & frequent jogging: set to 100%～105% of FLA; never exceed 115%.
