2. Input channel not detected: Input voltage must exceed the 79V threshold; low voltage signals cannot trigger the input; distinguish AC/DC signal types strictly.
3. Damaged relay outputs: Relay contacts are easily damaged by back EMF from inductive loads (접촉기 코일, 솔레노이드 밸브). Install RC snubber circuits in parallel with coils to extend contact life.
