Screwdrivers (flathead/crosshead), torque wrench (2-4N·m)
Wire stripper (stripping length 8-10mm)
Cables (main circuit: ≥4mm² copper core wire; control circuit: ≥1.5mm²)
35mm DIN rail (length ≥15cm)
Cable terminals, cable ties, phase sequence labels
Precauções de segurança
Power must be disconnected and no voltage confirmed before installation
Installation shall only be performed by certified electricians in compliance with electrical safety regulations
Inspect all wiring before restoring power after installation
- Etapas de instalação
Step 1: Meter Fixing
Select a dry, well-ventilated, and vibration-free location
Align the rail clips on the back of the meter with the 35mm DIN rail
Press down firmly until a “click” sound is heard to ensure secure installation (see Figure 1)
Step 2: Main Circuit Wiring (Three-phase Four-wire)
| Terminal Marking | Connection Content | Remarks |
| L1/L2/L3 | Three-phase power supply incoming lines (live wires) | Connected to the outgoing terminal of the circuit breaker |
| N | Neutral incoming line | Connected to the power supply neutral wire |
| T1/T2/T3 | Three-phase load outgoing lines | Connected to electrical equipment |
| TN | Load neutral line | Connected to the load neutral wire |
| Educação Física | Grounding terminal | Must be reliably grounded (yellow-green dual-color wire) |
Operation Key Points
Strip wire insulation to a length of 8-10mm to ensure no exposed copper strands
Use matching terminals and crimp securely for good contact
Tighten screws to the specified torque (2-4N·m) to prevent loosening
Step 3: Control Circuit and Communication Connection
RS485 communication: Connect A to A, B to B, and ground the shielding layer
4G antenna: Screw the antenna onto the antenna interface of the meter case to ensure good signal reception
- Post-installation Inspection
