Chint NXBLE63 – 2P/C40

Chint NXBLE63 – 2P/C40 is a 2 – pol (2P) miniature residual current circuit breaker. Its main parameters and functions are as follows:

Curent nominal: 40O (“C40” indicates that the tripping characteristic is Type C and the rated current is 40A);

Numărul de pol: 2P (cuts off both the live wire and the neutral wire simultaneously);

Protecție cu curent rezidual: tip AC (detects ordinary AC leakage). The residual operating current is usually 30mA (an industry conventional value, and some models support options such as 50mA/75mA);

Funcții principale

1. Protecție cu curent rezidual: When there is electric shock to the human body (current ≥ 30mA) or equipment leakage in the circuit, sursa de alimentare este întreruptă rapid în interior 0.1 second to prevent electric shock casualties;

Scenarii de aplicare

Electricitate de uz casnic: For high – power socket circuits in kitchens, living rooms, etc. (precum aparatele de aer condiționat, încălzitoare electrice de apă), it replaces traditional air switches and adds residual current protection;

Mic – scale Commercial Places: For socket or lighting circuits in convenience stores and offices, meeting the electricity demand within 40A;

Decoration and Renovation: Upgrading the residual current protection of old circuits to meet the new national standard’s requirement that “socket circuits must be equipped with residual current protection”.

Installation and Use Precautions

– It should be selected according to the actual load of the circuit to avoid “a big horse pulling a small cart” sau “a small horse pulling a big cart”;

– Apăsați tasta “butonul de testare (T key)” once a month to verify whether the residual current protection function is normal;

– When installing, the live wire (L) și firul neutru (N) must be distinguished. If the wiring is reversed, the residual current protection function may fail.
