- Refrigeration Oil: 160P mineral oil. POE synthetic oil must not be mixed. Compressor replacement requires simultaneous oil & oil filter change.
- Built-in motor thermal protection. External phase sequence protector and high/low pressure protection are recommended.
- Single unit operation; multi-compressor parallel installation requires oil equalization solution (oil balance port size 1-3/4″ Rotolock).
- Maximum allowable operating pressure: High side 29.4bar, low side 25bar.

III. Последовательность фаз & Защита от потери фазы (обязательный)
Последовательность фаз / phase loss relay: 3-фаза 380В, detects wrong phase, потеря фазы & 3-фазовый дисбаланс
Рекомендация: Schneider RM22TG20 or domestic 3-phase protection relay
Логика: Cut contactor coil upon abnormal phase condition. Scroll compressor reverse rotation can destroy scroll wraps within seconds.

- Hard Rules for Scroll Compressor Startup Control
- Minimum off-delay: Подожди хотя бы 3 minutes after shutdown before restart; controller 180s minimum stop delay is recommended.
- Maximum starts per hour: ≤6 times. Frequent starts accelerate bearing and scroll wrap wear.
- Forbidden operations: Start with pressure differential, test rotation in reverse, start without crankcase preheating.
- After internal protector trips: Power must be cut for cooling and reset. Do not repeatedly force power on for trial runs.

VII. Simplified Typical Control Sequence
Power on → Phase sequence self-check OK → Crankcase heater energized → Preheating timer satisfied → Start enable signal → Contactor pulls in, compressor runs.
Trip on high pressure (ручной сброс), low pressure, потеря фазы / wrong phase: contactor de-energized immediately, unit stops and triggers fault alarm.
VIII. Контрольный список ошибок выбора
- Thermal relay is only backup protection. The compressor built-in thermal protector will activate first. Do not use thermal relay as sole motor protection.
- High pressure protection must use manual reset. Auto-reset high pressure switches violate safety requirements.
- Phase sequence protection must never be omitted; reverse rotation can ruin scroll plates in tens of seconds.
- Crankcase heater cannot be omitted. For R22 mineral oil, refrigerant dissolves in oil at low standby temperature; startup without preheating risks bearing seizure from oil starvation.
