Replacement Implementation Guide
✅ No air tube change, no PLC program modification. Only replace mounting bracket, re-set pressure threshold and zero calibration after power on.
⚠️ E8CC slim strip housing vs E8F2 cube housing. Mounting hole incompatible, original E89-F3 bracket cannot be reused. Use dedicated E8CC bracket.
Long-term Alternative for New Projects (E8PE Series)
When E8CC stock is exhausted, E8PE-B01C (0~100кПа, НПН, Разъем М12, IO-Link, IP67) is recommended for new machines.
Различия: M12 connector instead of pre-wired cable; analog output changed to 4-20mA, PLC analog wiring adjustment required. Prioritize E8CC-A01C for direct retrofit of existing equipment.
Common Pitfall Reminder
E8FC is liquid flow sensor (for cooling water / oil flow + измерение температуры), NOT pressure sensor. Do not confuse E8CC pressure sensor and E8FC flow sensor during model selection.

- Switch judgment (OK/NG)：Both have identical repeatability. Accuracy difference negligible for pneumatic pressure threshold replacement.
