  8. Принцип работы

The IRV series uses a balanced diaphragm structure. Pressure is set by balancing spring force and SET-side pressure:

  1. Turn knob clockwise → spring compresses → opens VAC to SET path → vacuum increases on SET side
  2. When SET-side vacuum is below setpoint → diaphragm unbalances → closes atmosphere intake → opens VAC path → vacuum recovers
  3. When SET-side vacuum exceeds setpoint → diaphragm rises → opens atmosphere intake → vacuum lowers to setpoint

The digital pressure switch (D1 type) monitors vacuum in real time and provides an NPN output for automation feedback and alarm.
