1. Module no response: Check if the side expansion cable is fully latched; the module itself requires AC/DC230V power supply independent of the main unit.
2. Input channel not detected: Input voltage must exceed the 79V threshold; low voltage signals cannot trigger the input; distinguish AC/DC signal types strictly.
3. Damaged relay outputs: Relay contacts are easily damaged by back EMF from inductive loads (لفائف المقاولين, صمامات الملف اللولبي). Install RC snubber circuits in parallel with coils to extend contact life.
4. Load limit: Max 5A per channel; avoid long-term full-load operation on all 8 channels simultaneously to prevent overheating.
