Gleichstrom- / R2: Braking-resistor terminals. Braking chopper integrated; external resistor mandatory. Do NOT short-circuit. Recommended resistor order-code: 6SE6400-4BD11-0AA0 (0.37-1.5 kW PM240 compatible).

PE: Schutzerde. Reliable connection to cabinet protective-earth bar, cable cross-section ≥4 mm².

No built-in Class-A EMC filter. For high-EMI industrial sites, fit external line filter 6SE6400-2FA00-6AD0.

4. Cable Specifications (FSA-0.37 kW)

Mains input cable: minimum 1.5 mm²; motor cable: 1.5 mm²; protective earth ≥4 mm².

Separate power cables and control wiring; maintain minimum 20 cm spacing. Shielded motor cable is recommended with 360-degree shield termination to cabinet earth bar.
