Important Practical Tips for E82EV551_4C

  1. Distinguish status vs fault: inh, QSP, DCB are operating statuses, not trip faults and do not require reset. OC/LU/OH/CCr are trip faults requiring manual reset.
  2. Fault reset methods: RESET key on panel, bus command reset, power cycle.
  3. Fault history storage: Parameter C0084 Latest Fault, C0087 Previous Fault, C0088 Second Previous Fault for historical fault review.
  4. No-load test method: Disconnect motor cables and power on, to judge whether the fault originates from the inverter itself or external wiring/motor.
  5. This model has no built-in brake transistor. If OU overvoltage frequently occurs during deceleration, external brake unit is required.
