Descripción de la función

2-Arranque suave de regulación de voltaje de tiristor de fase, bypass integrado. Los contactos mecánicos transportan corriente de carga durante el funcionamiento continuo para una baja pérdida de energía.

Rampa de inicio ajustable y límite de corriente; reinicio externo compatible

Protección integrada contra fallas de equipos y protección contra sobrecargas del motor.; salidas de relé de fallo (95/96, 95/98)

Inicio en una sola dirección, sin salida de frenado; sin interfaz de comunicación (3Serie RW40 sin Modbus/Profinet)

Cargas típicas: bombas de agua, fans, compresores y cargas generales. No apto para arranques frecuentes y pesados.

Secondary control circuit

Legacy unit fixed AC230V supply; new model accepts AC110~250V wide range. Existing 230V control circuit works directly.

Relay logic is similar, but new DO channels are user configurable. Verify fault/run relay logic after power-on.

New 4~20mA analog output can be left unconnected if not required.

Parameter re-setting: Corriente nominal del motor, start ramp and current limit must be re-programmed in new soft starter; parameters from old unit cannot be reused directly.
