- Installazione: Protection thermowell is recommended for online replacement. Probe insertion depth ≥ 8~10 times thermowell inner diameter to ensure accurate temperature reading
- Cablaggio: 4-wire Pt100 with two excitation wires and two measurement wires. Must not be used with thermocouple extension wires
- Schermatura: Cable shield single-point grounded inside terminal head to avoid common-mode interference; route away from power cables
- Calibrazione: Calibrate resistance values against IEC60751 using dry block calibrator or constant temperature oil bath
- Explosion-proof versions: Ex ia / Ex d available; certificates must be verified for hazardous area selection

- Temperature fluctuation: Loose lead connections, multi-point grounding of shield, terminal loosening caused by field vibration
- Persistently high / low readings: Probe not fully immersed in media, fouled thermowell, excessive lead resistance (switch to 4-wire configuration)
- Open circuit alarm: Broken platinum wire or bending damage at root (frequently seen under vibrating conditions)
- Increased drift: Platinum element aging after prolonged over-temperature operation
