1. RUN indicator off: Check DC24V power supply and polarity.
2. LERR indicator flashing: Duplicate station number, bus breakage, DA/DB reversed, missing terminating resistor, or communication interference.
3. No input signal: Check sensor power supply, COM wiring, input voltage, or damaged optocoupler.
4. Input permanently ON: Shorted sensor or short circuit to ground on field wiring.
