✅ Variants with Suffixes (Same Current Rating)
PKZM0-16: Standard screw terminals (Order No. 046938)
PKZM0-16-EA: EA export version
PKZM0-16-SPI32: Screw terminals on line side, push-in spring terminals on load side
PKZM0-16-GVP2: Bulk packaging version
✅ Selection & Equivalent Cross Reference
Domestic equivalents: Delixi CDP6-16, Chint NS2-25 (10–16 A)
Next higher rating in series: PKZM0-20 (16~20 A)
Note: PKZM0 is an integrated breaker; it cannot be used solely as an overload relay. Use ZB series if only thermal overload protection is required.
✅ Troubleshooting Guide
- Trips immediately with no load: Check if current setting is too low, phase loss, or mechanical trip mechanism jamming.
- Instant trip on motor startup: Short-circuit protection triggered; inspect motor winding short-circuit or cable fault.
- Slow trip under sustained overload: Normal Class 10 inverse-time behaviour; if tripping frequently under heavy load, increase the current setting or upgrade to a higher-rated model.
