Recommended Brake Resistor Specifications (Danfoss Official Specification)
Minimum resistance value: 90 Oh
Recommended power rating: ≥200 W (normal start-stop); select 400 W for frequent braking
Danfoss does not provide standard brake resistors with dedicated order numbers. Source externally according to 90 Oh / ≥200 W specification. Increase power rating for heavy-duty cycles.

FC51 has onboard RS485 terminals. Use USB-to-RS485 adapter together with free MCT10 commissioning software (available for download on official website; Order No.130B1000 refers to software CD media).
- Fieldbus Expansion Note
FC51 has no slots for optional communication cards. Only native Modbus RTU over RS485 is supported; Profibus, EtherNet/IP and other fieldbuses cannot be added.
- Optional Filter & Reactors
This unit is equipped with built-in H3 = Class A1/B RFI filter (Category C1)
No extra input EMC filter required for standard cabinet installation;
For long motor cables or high-interference sites: install external 3-phase input AC line reactor (6 A reactor matched for 2.2 kW, 400 Sistemul V)
Use shielded motor cables; recommended maximum cable length ≤15 m when built-in filter is enabled.
