Receives millivolt-level weak bridge signals from strain gauge weighing / force sensors, performs amplification, filtering and linearization, then converts signals into standard analog outputs (4-20mA / 0-10V) for direct acquisition by PLC.

Suitable for tank weighing, silo weighing, press force measurement, tensile testing, web tension measurement

Shunt calibration is a key advantage, easy commissioning for industrial automated weighing & force measurement systems

DIN rail installation inside control cabinet, replaces the signal transmission function of conventional weighing indicators

CPJ RAIL is a DIN rail mounted strain bridge signal conditioner. It receives weak mV/V signals from strain-based sensors (cântărind, force, tensiune, cuplu) and outputs standard 4~20mA / 0~10V analog signals to PLC; CPJ2S RAIL is equipped with 2 relay threshold outputs for over-limit alarm and equipment interlock protection.

Sfaturi de selecție

0.05% FS is high-end industrial strain gauge transmission performance, suitable for press-fit force, precise tank batching and tension monitoring.

For trade legal metrology weighing (OIML), CPJ RAIL is merely a transmitter module, cannot be used alone as a legal weighing instrument.
