⚙️ Installation & Ghid de întreținere

1. Do not exceed the specified torque; over-tightening will crush the EPDM O-ring.
2. IP69K protection relies on intact sealing; replace the cable immediately if the O-ring is damaged or the housing is cracked.
3. PVC jacket is not suitable for long-term exposure to strong solvents or high-concentration alkaline cleaners. For chemically aggressive media, select EVM series with PUR jacket and FKM seals.
4. Minimum bend radius for drag chain use ≥ 10×cable outer diameter; cycle life 1 milioane de cicluri, allowable torsion ±180°/m.

EVT002 is a hygienic M12 sensor cable with IP69K high-pressure washdown rating, silicone-free construction, 316L stainless steel lock nut and EPDM sealing. It is primarily designed for wet cleaning stations in the food industry:

1. Mâncare & Băutură (Aplicație primară)

Dairy, meat processing, bakery, snack food, brewery and beverage production lines; CIP online cleaning, spray zones, transportoare, mașini de umplere, packaging equipment and sterilization systems. Used for wiring proximity sensors, senzori fotoelectrici, IO-Link devices, flow and pressure transmitters. Silicone-free construction prevents silicone contamination affecting subsequent painting and sealing processes.

2. Produse farmaceutice & Cosmetice

Wet clean zones for API production, formulation and cosmetic manufacturing; sensor signal wiring under moderate washdown conditions (not for continuous exposure to strong corrosive solvents).

3. Cereale & Feed Processing

Transmiterea, batching and packaging sections for grain and feed; sensor wiring on conveyors and elevators subject to dust and periodic water washing.

4. Other Wet-Area Automation Scenarios

Small-scale slaughterhouses and seafood processing machinery; also used for drag chain cabling in general automation with high protection and humid conditions (not recommended for continuous immersion in strong acid/alkali).
