- HART Communication Failure

- Slow reading drift with no error code

- No current output & no communication after power-on

🛠️ Operation Guidelines (for 2108N4000H)
- Clear Latched Faults: HART menu →【Fault/Warning】→Clear; or power off ≥30 seconds then restart. Hardware faults will reoccur immediately after reset; do not mask them permanently.
- Calibration Precondition: Clear all optical path & lamp warnings before zero/span calibration; calibration will drift severely with active optics contamination warning.
- Spare Parts Division: Ошибка 8,11,16 = optical module (лампа + detector + lens); Error5,13,22 = main board failure. Board-level repair is not recommended; replace the whole transmitter directly.
- SIL2 Reminder: F-class faults trigger SIL safety loop action. Do not run the detector with fault masked for long; rectify promptly.
