⚠️ Fehlerbehebung & Betriebsrichtlinien

1. Module no response: Check if the side expansion cable is fully latched; the module itself requires AC/DC230V power supply independent of the main unit.
2. Input channel not detected: Input voltage must exceed the 79V threshold; low voltage signals cannot trigger the input; distinguish AC/DC signal types strictly.
3. Damaged relay outputs: Relay contacts are easily damaged by back EMF from inductive loads (Schützspulen, Magnetventile). Install RC snubber circuits in parallel with coils to extend contact life.
4. Load limit: Max 5A per channel; avoid long-term full-load operation on all 8 channels simultaneously to prevent overheating.
5. Passive relay output: No built-in common power on contacts; load power must be wired externally.
