4. Do NOT enable short-circuit detection when using PNP OSSD safety light curtains

Light curtains already have built-in pulse diagnosis. Enabling short-circuit detection on X2P/X2.8P will cause pulse conflict and continuous fault alarms. Turn off the relay’s short-circuit monitoring in this case.

2. Auxiliary NC contact (41-42) cannot be used in safety circuits

Only for PLC fault alarm and indicator feedback.

3. Contact load limits

AC15 230 V max. 5 에이; DC13 24 V max. 4 에이. If contactor coil current exceeds the rating, use PZE contact expansion modules. Do not drive heavy loads directly via safety contacts.
