  11. Thermowell Mandatory: Original ALT-SS100 stainless steel G½ thermowell is recommended. Weld G½ threaded seats on pipelines in advance. A minimum probe insertion depth of 60mm is required to guarantee measuring accuracy.

Ⅷ. Strict Installation Prohibitions

  1. Never immerse the bare probe directly into pipeline fluid without thermowell — risk of corrosion and non-detachable replacement.
  2. Medium pressure shall never exceed PN3. Select QAE2120 series with PN10 integrated thermowell for high-pressure pipelines.

  4. Do not route sensor cables in the same trunking as power cables. Single-end earthing of shielding layer reduces electromagnetic interference.
