Troubleshooting Guide

  1. Power ON, transmitter green LED steady ON: Normal; Flashing: Synchronization error (transmitter-receiver out of sync, wiring fault)
  2. No signal: Check parallel installation of transmitter & receiver, operating distance ≤3.5m, no strong direct light on lens
  3. Inaccurate measurement: Clean lens, verify beam mode setting, eliminate reflection interference

📌 General Wiring Guidelines

  1. Power supply range DC18~30V, DC24V recommended; Isolated power supply required, shield single-point grounding.
  2. Sync cable (Transmitter ↔ Receiver) max length 20m; Bus cable max 40m, shielded cable mandatory.
  3. Wiring sequence: Connect shield ground first → Wire all signals → Power ON; Power OFF before disassembly.
  4. IO1 default as Teach input, short to GND to trigger teach routine for zero calibration.
  5. Separate signal cables from power cables to avoid interference from frequency converters.
