  1. Load types: Resistive loads preferred. For inductive loads such as motors and contactor coils, surge suppression (RC snubber / diode / varistor) must be fitted; otherwise contact service life will drop sharply.
  2. Current derating: When multiple RPF relays are closely mounted side-by-side, use 25A as rated current; reserve ≥13mm gap between relays to achieve full 30A.
