Процедура установки
- Clean busbar contact surface; remove oil stains and burrs;
- Clip the unit onto 60Classic busbar from top down, confirm full locking of clips;
- Insert NH00 fuse and close operating handle;
- Crimp cable lugs on cables, tighten M8 bolts stepwise to specified torque;
- Measure insulation resistance ≥20MΩ with 1000V megger before energization.

🚫 Explicitly Unsuitable Scenarios (Critical Selection Pitfalls)
- Not compatible with QCB CrossBoard flat busbar, only applicable to 60Classic strip busbar;
- Not designed for frequent switching: This device serves as a disconnector. It cannot perform frequent load switching and shall not be used as a load switch to repeatedly break rated operating current;
- Caution for environments with sustained temperature above 40℃, high humidity without anti-condensation measures and corrosive atmosphere;
- High-current circuits: Not recommended when continuous load current exceeds 140A (reserve temperature rise margin; upgrade to SLS-1 NH1 series preferentially);
- Strictly prohibited to disconnect neutral wire with single-pole switches for high-power single-phase 220V circuits. In three-phase systems, only phase conductors shall be disconnected; neutral wire shall be routed separately.
