FRER MCOMV;48VDC Calibration Description

خاتمة: Metrological calibration is available for certification; No external zero/span trim potentiometer on unit. On-site opening and adjustment of zero/span are prohibited. It is a factory-calibrated analog isolation transducer.

No external Zero / Span access hole on MCOMV legacy housing; PCB trim potentiometers are factory locked. Manufacturer does NOT recommend opening housing for on-site adjustment. Opening voids factory warranty and damages insulation isolation structure, degrading 2.5kV isolation safety rating.

2. Input Circuit: Strict polarity for input +/-; limited reverse protection exists but long-time reverse energizing not recommended. Keep input wiring short; shielded cable with single-end grounding to reduce common-mode interference.
3. Output Current Loop

Insert standard ammeter in series within 4~20mA loop

Total loop resistance shall not exceed 750Ω (ammeter internal resistance + cable resistance). Excessive load prevents reaching 20mA full scale and leads to false failure.

Tight wiring terminals; loose contact causes reading fluctuation.
