- Common Faults & Exclusive Maintenance Solutions (C-Q Series)
| Fault Phenomenon | Main Causes | Troubleshooting & Solutions |
| No display on panel | Disconnected 220V power supply, loose terminals, blown internal fuse | Measure terminal voltage, fasten wiring, replace 0.5A fuse |
| Frequent unbalance alarm & tripping | Three-phase load deviation over 8%, poor line contact, phase loss of power supply | Balance motor load, tighten three-phase wiring, inspect incoming line voltage |
| False tripping & failure to start | Too short D-Time start delay, underset current value | Set delay = motor starting time +1~2s; set current to 1.1 times motor rated current |
| Phase sequence fault alarm | Reversed phase sequence of three-phase incoming lines | Swap any two live wire connections |
| Garbled flickering display | Strong electromagnetic interference from inverter, poor grounding | Standardize grounding layout, keep away from inverter cables, install anti-interference filter |
Maintenance Cycle
Daily inspection: Check peak current value and fault alarm status
Monthly maintenance: Remove dust and tighten wiring terminals
Quarterly calibration: Verify protection action threshold
Annual overhaul: Detect contact service life and replace aging components
