EOCR-SSD-C-30DMQ Schneider Compact Digital Motor Protector

EOCR-SSD-C-30DMQ is a new-generation ultra-thin compact motor protector of SSD-C series launched by Schneider Electric (formerly Samwha Korea). It supports direct wiring within 3~30A, adopts AC220V control power supply, features digital display and Q-type three-phase peak current display. It is newly added with phase unbalance and phase sequence protection functions. With smaller size and higher precision, it is fully compatible to replace traditional SSD models. It is specially designed for compact cabinet layout under three-phase unbalanced operating conditions.

  1. Common Faults & Exclusive Maintenance Solutions (C-Q Series)
Fault PhenomenonMain CausesTroubleshooting & Solutions
No display on panelDisconnected 220V power supply, loose terminals, blown internal fuseMeasure terminal voltage, fasten wiring, replace 0.5A fuse
Frequent unbalance alarm & trippingThree-phase load deviation over 8%, poor line contact, phase loss of power supplyBalance motor load, tighten three-phase wiring, inspect incoming line voltage
False tripping & failure to startToo short D-Time start delay, underset current valueSet delay = motor starting time +1~2s; set current to 1.1 times motor rated current
Phase sequence fault alarmReversed phase sequence of three-phase incoming linesSwap any two live wire connections
Garbled flickering displayStrong electromagnetic interference from inverter, poor groundingStandardize grounding layout, keep away from inverter cables, install anti-interference filter

Maintenance Cycle

Daily inspection: Check peak current value and fault alarm status

Monthly maintenance: Remove dust and tighten wiring terminals

Quarterly calibration: Verify protection action threshold

Annual overhaul: Detect contact service life and replace aging components
