Key Wiring Requirements
- Twisted shielded cable is mandatory; shield layer grounded at both ends (control cabinet & encoder connector)
- Differential signal pairs A/A-, B/B-, Z/Zshall be twisted separately to reduce interference

6.1 Shaft Mounting Requirements
- Coaxiality error of driving shaft ≤0.2mm, radial runout ≤0.03mm
- After fitting hollow shaft onto driving shaft, tighten set screw at torque of 1.2 N·m. Do not over-tighten to avoid shaft deformation
- A torque stop arm must be installed at encoder tail to prevent housing rotation with the shaft; leave tiny floating clearance on stop arm to avoid rigid jamming
