Guide de dépannage

Aucune sortie: first check 24V power supply and polarity; verify no reverse wiring

Unstable signal: check voltage drop, gap between sensor and metal target, nearby strong magnetic interference and mounting clearance

LED does not light up: missing power supply or internal short circuit

On-site Installation Guidelines

Couple de serrage

Boîtier en plastique PBT; tightening torque must be below 0.5 N·m to prevent cracking; use thin flat washers to disperse clamping force.

Acheminement des câbles & câblage

Standard 2m PVC cable (3×0.14 mm²);

Brown = +24V, Blue = 0V, Black = PNP signal;

Avoid routing alongside power cables and servo motor wires to prevent EMI interference. Use shielded cable or signal filters for long-distance wiring.

Built-in short-circuit & protection contre l'inversion de polarité; avoid hot-plugging under power.

Adéquation environnementale

Classé IP67; résistant au liquide de coupe, cooling water and dust. Not suitable for continuous immersion or strong corrosive solvents (acetone, strong acid/alkali).

Plage de température ambiante: -25～+80 ℃; add heat insulation if installed near heating blocks or injection mould slides.

Gap adjustment

Recommended working gap: 0.5～1.2 mm (leave safety margin). Do not operate continuously at the maximum 2mm gap; vibration will cause signal dropout.

Yellow LED lights up when metal is detected; use the LED for quick commissioning.

Switching frequency limit

Fréquence nominale: 800 Hz (maximum 800 pulses per second). For field application, limit the frequency to ≤400 Hz. Not recommended for high-speed pulse counting or high-frequency vibration detection.

Important Limitation

This is a standard position sensor, NOT a safety-rated device. Do not connect it to safety circuits, safety gates or emergency stop protection loops.

Only detects ferrous/non-ferrous metals; no response to plastic, film or wood.
