- 설치 & 시운전 지침
- 설치기준: Comply with VDI/VDE3845, minimize backlash of valve feedback linkage
- Air supply requirement: Dry and clean instrument air, filtration ≥5μm, oil-free and water-free
- 배선: Intrinsically safe circuit must be fitted with safety barrier; IS cable routed separately, not in the same tray as power cables
- Calibration procedure: Supply air → connect 4mA/20mA signal → start auto-tuning routine, verify dead band and hysteresis after completion

Position oscillation: Unstable air supply, over-sensitive PID parameters or excessive actuator friction; reduce gain or increase dead band
Valve position fails to follow setpoint: Loose feedback linkage, insufficient air supply, blocked piezo pilot valve or excessive voltage drop across IS safety barrier
HART 통신 실패: Insufficient/excessive loop load, reversed polarity or improper shielding earthing of cable
Alarms: Valve stroke out of limit, differential pressure alarm or internal overtemperature
