5.3 Instalare & Ghid de întreținere
- Clean cylinder ports before installation to prevent impurities from entering and shortening seal service life.
- Cushioning adjustment: Start with minimum cushioning, then gradually increase to proper effect; avoid over-cushioning causing cylinder creeping.
- Pipe length ≤ 5 m, inner diameter ≥ 6 mm to ensure stable air supply.
- Regular inspection every 6 luni: Verificați starea etanșării, piston rod surface and cushioning performance; replace parts in time if abnormal.
