2. Installation must be performed by qualified electricians. Disconnect main power supply of the disconnector and verify zero voltage before work to prevent electric shock and arc burns.

III. Etape de instalare

Precondition: Disconnector set to OFF position (0)

1. Locate mounting slot

Find the auxiliary contact guide rail on the right side of OT disconnector body. Left rail is only for OA7G/OA8G series, OA1G10 cannot be fitted on left side.

2. Snap module into place

Align guiding catches of OA1G10 with right rail, press evenly inward until a clear “clic” se aude sunet, confirming locking. Pull module slightly to confirm secure fixation.

3. Wire signal circuit

Strip insulation of control wire by 8–10mm, insert into terminal; tighten M3.5 screw to torque 0.8Nm.

Marcaj terminal: 1 şi 2 are two terminals of NO contact.

Nota: Do not use conductors larger than 2.5mm², poor terminal compression will occur.

4. Function verification

Manually operate disconnector handle:

ON position (eu): OA1G10 NO contact closes; early-make feature: auxiliary contact conducts before main contacts close

OFF position (0): OA1G10 NO contact opens

Use multimeter continuity test on terminals to confirm correct logic.

5. Secondary protection check

Ensure wires are not pinched, no bare copper exposed on terminals; fit terminal cover of cabinet.

OA1G10 only fits right guide rail of OT switch. Left rail only accepts OA7G10/OA8G01. Forced fitting on left side causes unlocked catch, failed plunger actuation or permanent damage.

Instala / remove only with OT disconnector at OFF position 0, main circuit and secondary signal circuit de-energized and verified. Hot plugging of auxiliary module is forbidden.

3. Check model timing characteristic

OA1G10 is early-make contact: auxiliary contact closes before disconnector main contacts. If interlock logic requires signal output only after main contact closure, this model is not suitable.

Stack multiple modules: insert sequentially, keep modules closely fitted without gap.

După instalare, inspect black actuating plunger of module. Plunger extends when switch OFF; plunger is pressed in during switch ON to trigger contact switching. Plunger shall not be skewed or stuck.
