Connect external 24VDC power supply to this module. Built-in metal busbars on the side automatically supply power in parallel to all series-connected REX12-T circuit protectors on the right side of the rail without cross-module wiring.

Once any REX12 protector trips due to overload or short circuit, the internal passive Si contact opens. It can be connected to PLC or indicator lights to realize unified fault signal for the entire row of circuits.

Exclusive Standard Mounting: TH35-7.5 standard 35mm DIN rail (EN50022)

No base screw fixing or wall-mounted options; only DIN rail clip-on installation. Only horizontal side-by-side mounting is permitted; vertical, upside-down or tilted installation is prohibited.

Adopt standard steel/aluminum TH35 rail and deburr after cutting. Mount the rail horizontally with fixing screw spacing ≤250mm to avoid shaking and deformation.

Hook the upper slot of the module onto the top edge of the DIN rail, press down the bottom of the module gently until a “hacer clic” sound indicates full locking. Verify no vertical looseness and the module cannot be lifted upward.

  6. Reinforced Installation for Vibration & Harsh Working Conditions

For high-vibration scenarios including machine tools, rail transit and construction machinery:

  1. Install DIN rail end stops at both rail ends to prevent horizontal sliding of modules;
  2. Attach 3mm rubber shock-absorbing pads to the rail back to reduce resonance;
  3. Regularly recheck terminal torque and latch locking status.
  4. Strict Installation Prohibitions
  5. Vertical, upside-down or over 45° tilted installation is forbidden, which deteriorates heat dissipation and triggers overheat protection;
  6. Live plugging, unplugging or disassembly of series-connected modules is forbidden; busbar power cut will cause equipment shutdown;
  7. Installing EM12 in the middle or right side of REX12 circuit is forbidden, leading to bus power supply failure;
  8. Inlet wires thinner than 0.5mm² or thicker than 10mm² are forbidden, resulting in loose terminal crimping and overheating;
  9. Direct installation without protection in dusty, water mist or condensation environments is forbidden (IP20 only for cabinet internal use);
  10. Long-term total load current of single EM12 shall never exceed 40A rated value.
