  3. This unit is factory-fitted with EMC filter. If input line reactor is added, ensure proper filter earthing.
  4. For heavy-duty cycles with frequent shock loading, select according to actual motor operating current instead of nominal power rating. If actual motor current exceeds 7.3 A, select the next higher drive frame size.
  5. Brake chopper is built-in; brake resistor must be externally fitted. Select brake resistor strictly per manual specifications. Never short-circuit BR terminals.
  6. For valid STO safety function in production operation, both STO channels shall be wired; single-channel short-circuit is prohibited.
  7. Important Maintenance Guidelines

Service life of R1-frame cooling fan: environ. 3 years; fan replacement is recommended upon expiry.

Retorque power terminals every 6 years.

Annual functional verification test for STO safety function is recommended.
