5.2 Recommandations de remplacement

Mismatched conductor section: Select corresponding range model, par exemple. 150-240mm² use 3XIH4-L12A

Different shield type: Copper tape shield cable adopt 3XOH1-L12A

Indoor installation: Choose 3XIH1-I12A (without sheds)

Easier installation requirement: Adopt RAYCHEM cold-shrink terminal (RST series), no heating tool needed

5.3 Application Precautions

  1. Check cable insulation condition before installation to ensure no damage and no moisture.
  2. Strictly follow installation manual; control heating temperature at 300-350℃ and heating time.
  3. Clean and polish core insulation surface tightly to ensure close fitting of heat-shrink tube.
  4. Reliably connect shielding grounding wire to guarantee electrical safety.
  5. Perform insulation test and partial discharge test after installation; put into operation only after qualified.
  6. Applicable for overhead, tunnel, cable trench and other outdoor / semi-outdoor occasions; not suitable for underwater use.
