5.3 Application Precautions

  1. Confirm coil voltage matches control circuit before installation to avoid coil burnout.
  2. Fasten main circuit wiring with recommended torque 1.85N·m to prevent overheating and poor contact.
  3. When directly plugging with LRN series thermal relay, ensure complete latch locking to prevent loosening by vibration.
  4. Reversible control circuit must be equipped with LA9D09978C mechanical interlock to prevent phase-to-phase short circuit.
  5. It is recommended to parallel surge suppressor at both ends of the coil to protect PLC/relay contacts in control circuit.
  6. When ambient temperature exceeds 40°C, derate rated current (10% reduction per additional 10°C rise).
  7. Regularly check contact ablation; replace contactor when main contact wear exceeds 1mm.
