Set the thermal relay knob to motor nameplate full-load current (FLA), NOT the 40A 접촉기 평가.

380V 18.5kW 3-phase motor: 정격 전류 ≒ 32 A → set knob directly to 32 에이 (실물 크기).

For fan-type motors, heavy starting & frequent jogging: set to 100%～105% of FLA; never exceed 115%.

주변 온도 >40°C or enclosed cabinet: reduce setting by 5%～10%.
