1. Product Positioning and Core Functions

Type: A small-sized limit switch that achieves mechanical triggering through a spring mechanism. It is suitable for scenarios requiring precise position detection.

Application Scenarios: General industrial environments such as printing machinery, molding machinery, and light-duty machinery. However, it is not suitable for harsh conditions with rainwater or oil-water splashes (for such cases, it is recommended to select high-sealing models like the WL or D4C series).

5. Precautions

Environmental Restrictions: Avoid using it in environments containing silicon-based gases (such as silicone oil and silica gel) to prevent contact oxidation.

Installation Torque: The cover screws should be tightened to 0.49~0.59N·m to prevent malfunctions caused by loosening.

Alternative Options: For higher protection levels, the D4C series can be considered; for impact resistance requirements, the WL series can be selected.
