No green LED on power-up: First verify AC input voltage; check internal fuse, rectifier circuit and startup resistor.
LED on but no output: Swollen output electrolytic capacitors and failed Schottky diodes are the most common failures on this model.

Intermittent restarts: Degraded input filter capacitors and dust buildup causing poor heat dissipation.
