Comissioning Guide (Focus on BGS Background Suppression)

2. Rango de detección: 4–60 mm. Avoid mounting target closer than 4 milímetros (risk of false triggering). 8–50 mm is the preferred stable working zone.
3. BGS characteristic: Only detects objects within the set distance; marcos de metal, conveyor belts and other rear backgrounds will not trigger the sensor.

✅ Commissioning verification method:

① Place target workpiece, yellow LED lights up;

② Remove workpiece, yellow LED turns off;

③ Keep workpiece in place and move background plate closer to the sensor. If yellow LED status stays unchanged, background suppression works properly.
