- Inspection visuelle
Check housing for burn marks, deformation or discoloration.
Inspect terminals for looseness, oxidation and corrosion.
Remove dust accumulated on heat sinks which impairs heat dissipation.
- Electrical Testing
Measure input voltage to confirm it is within 0~30VDC.
Measure output voltage (normally input voltage minus 0.5V).
Test diode forward/reverse resistance: normal state is forward conduction and reverse cut-off.
- Function Verification
Disconnect one power supply and confirm the other works normally.
Restore dual power input and check uniform load distribution.
Measure temperature rise: shall not exceed ambient temperature +30°C.
