⚙️In-depth Working Principle

Diaphragm closed-loop feedback: Rotate and pull the adjustment knob to compress the setting spring. The spring pushes the diaphragm downwards and opens the poppet valve to raise output pressure.
Feedback chamber: Downstream output pressure is introduced to the lower diaphragm chamber, generating upward counter-force against spring force. When output pressure reaches setpoint, the poppet throttles automatically to maintain stable regulated pressure.
Relieving function (コード 0): When outlet pressure exceeds set value, the diaphragm lifts upward and opens the relief vent. Excess compressed air is exhausted directly to atmosphere for downstream equipment protection.

注記: Non-relieving version (code1) cannot release downstream overpressure, only for closed-load circuits. MC202-R00 is relieving-type, selected for most pneumatic applications.

⚠️Mounting Pitfalls

Strictly adopt Φ46 cut-out. Oversized hole causes mis-positioning; undersized hole prevents assembly. Never hammer the body into place.
M47×1.5 is fine-thread bulk-head nut; standard off-the-shelf M47 nut is non-interchangeable. Source spare nut from Camozzi.
Knob must be freely pullable-up / push-down after panel mounting; panel shall not jam knob movement.

Port mismatch: SMC AR60-10 is 1-inch port, cannot directly mate with 1/2-inch piping of the other two regulators. Thread adaptor will introduce extra pressure drop.
Non-reusable cut-out: Three models require distinct panel hole sizes. Re-verify cut-out dimension upon model change.
Installation prohibition: Upside-down mounting forbidden for all three regulators. Use OEM lock-nut for panel mounting; never tighten via adjustment knob.
