📌 Operation Notes

1. Magnetic base is suitable for flat metal surfaces; use probe tip contact measurement for rough surfaces.
2. Lower frequency limit at 10Hz, not suitable for low-frequency large-displacement equipment (예를 들어. large steam turbines). Low-frequency measurement requires dedicated low-frequency vibration meters.
3. Only for simple inspection and severity evaluation. Spectrum analysis and bearing envelope demodulation require professional vibration analyzers (not this unit).

❗ Common Troubleshooting

1. Fluctuating readings: Broken probe cable, poor contact of magnetic base, rusted measuring surface.
2. Zero reading: Damaged probe or loose probe connector.

3. Not suitable for high-frequency impact measurement of precision bearings (no envelope demodulation function).
4. Only measures casing surface vibration, not shaft vibration (shaft vibration requires eddy current probes).

ISO2372 standard: Within 10mm/s = Good; above 11.2mm/s requires monitored attention; above 18mm/s is dangerous and equipment shall be shut down for maintenance. VB-8200 reads this mm/s value.
